Martas Health Code is built on the belief that you can create your dream life if you believe in yourself & show up to do the work. I understand that sometimes we can be overwhelmed by information and building a vibrant lifestyle gets hard. Marta breaks down her coaching method into four key areas of wellness - mindset, nutrition, movement, and happiness. All of them are built on the basis of the balance between your mind, body, and soul.

Often what we eat makes us feel weak, sluggish, and add. Often we are devastated about calories in our food. Food isn't your enemy but your medicine. Choose what goes into your body wisely; eat more foods that love you back. Whole and real foods are the best way to nourish the body.

I'm so happy you are here!
As a certified holistic health coach and behavioral & social scientist, I sincerely believe we can heal our bodies with food and movement. But to do so we need a healthy and positive mindset.
I used to be obsessed with health, too obsessed. Extremely low-calorie meals paired with excessive physical activity took me nowhere. I wasn't healthy, nor was I following the right journey. On a moment of clarity, I was able to see behind my fears. It was then that I began to understand what health is about. It isn't about restrictive meals or unnecessary exercise, it is about balancing your life to bring about a fulfilling and vibrant life.
